hi everyone , here is a clock i made this morning the cat was cut out using my new plasma cutter 
i got from plasmapart , fantastic machine then made a the moon so i could hang it up, bought the clock mechanism from metal craft the gold hands contrast nicely with the blue surface of the metal , nice,simple and effective, till the next time.
hi folks not long back from the craft fair, it was very quiet but unsurprising considering the bad weather and i have to say it was a good time very positive feedback on my work especially the scarecrow and the tree which was encouraging also met some very nice and talented folks too , so all in all a great day and thanks to all who could make it out it was really appreciated, thanks again .
hi folks just to let you know i will be attending the holywood craft fair on sat 23rd march, i will be displaying some items i have already featured here and hopefully get some new sculptures done in time too take care and hope too see you soon!
Hello folks today I finished the scarecrow, rather happy with how he looks had some other things in mind to put on but felt it would just be getting a bit too much, will paint the base next to just above the spring and let the rest go to a rust finish will look into methods of accelerating that process.

hi folks , here’s the latest update for the scarecrow i cut some patches in his clothes and and added a spider in progress of making some more to go round the rest of him, also made his hat was planning a top hat but it didn’t look right so went for a wide brimmed style just got a couple more additions and he will nearly be done.
hi folks haven’t got much done to the scarecrow for a wee bit so i thought i would give a bit blurb about the gates, the original ones are old farmyard style so after a few years thinking about it decided to make my own , the frame is constructed from 25×25 box section 3mm wall and all the scrolls and twists were done by my own homemade jigs , the worst part of the job was the repetitive nature of the scrolls and twists but i feel it was worth it in the end .
hi folks got an update for you , got some expamet mesh from work and used to create a tattie looking cape , still got some holes to go in it yet and some other wee additions hopefully will get done this weekend.
Got some more done to the head today going for a bird cage style, next step is a hat thinking about doing a raggedy style top hat for him , will keep you posted.

Started the head yesterday got the pumpkin/cage style sorted , it’s still a work in progress but i have some ideas for finishing it off 
Made this today ,decided I would have break from the scarecrow and had a wee bash at a 3D sculpt really pleased at how the bluing has worked out with the heat
